ON PLACING ORDERS

SHIPPING

Payment Options

We accept the following major credit cards:

- Visa

- Mastercard

- Discover

- American Express (with 3% surcharge) 

 We also accept Cash (for walk-ins), Company Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers.

When orders have been submitted, please call us to confirm the receipt of the order so we can immediately process your orders.

- Seller's Permit Required
- $100 Minimum Purchase (In-store Pickup)
- $1000 Minimum Purchase (Shipping)

Phone-In Orders

Call any of our telephone numbers and Sales Representatives will be happy to assist you with your orders.

Order Cancellation

In case of order cancellation, customer will be charged a 20% of the order's total as restocking fee. No exceptions.  

All orders are shipped out from California in pallets no exception. We deal with Trucking companies who give us the best pallet rates we can get. All orders are charged freight on top of the merchandise amount. Please, call us to get the freight quote for your order. In case of transit damage, please see our section on merchandise damage. 

Upon receiving the goods, count all cases to ensure proper case count. Finally, read the shippers bill of lading and sign accordingly. All of this information is essential in case of damage/shortage/overage claim. All of these documents are all available to Essential Decor, Inc. from the shipper upon request.

 

Shipping or Tracking

Information will be available to you upon your request.

 

Returns/Damage/Shortage/Overage

All purchases are final, and no returns will be issued with the exception of warehouse picking error. We advise that you call our office upon receipt of damaged merchandise, or if there is shortage and or overage in your order.  You have 7 days upon receipt of the delivery to provide us with the list of damages or the claim. Customer must provide detailed pictures and descriptions of the damages to sales@essentialdecorinc.com or fax to 323-583-9884. Customer must provide Customer ID number and Invoice number in order for our Credit Department to reference your claim. Please, be advised that we have all paperwork noting what left our warehouse and what it was you received. Any shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return/damage/shortage.
